Have you ever considered how much thought is involved in after seeing a stunning shot? Have you ever wondered who thought of the concept and the process it evolves in planning out the details of the Concept? Those photos take time and planning to get to print.
Dream, Plan and Organize; those are the key steps to creating those amazing unique photos in your head. One must think though all the details in advance and come up with a clear strategy to deliver images to your next concept photo shoot.
Where, When, How, Why and Who; are the next five Questions that must be done to complete your plan of action. Thou it always start with a concept though of communication; What do you want your photos to communicate to others? All concept photos should tell a story.
Write down everything; from possible location, props, scripts, poses, problems, time line, clothing, equipment needed, people needed, money needed, scouting, permission, permits, casting, paper work, leg work and makeup.
