TIPS ON HOW TO GET STARTED

Welcome to OneTalentSource; also known as OTS. Below are a few tips that should help you around OTS.

After creating a Profile, you will need to upload images to become ACTIVE. Any Member without images will be deleted.

How to upload Images?
1.  After you login, click on “MEMBERS”  (located at the top of the front page)

      
2.  Then click on “Image Files”. This is where all your images will be that you upload.

         
3.  Then click on “Browse”.  This will open to your computer to upload the images.

         Please note any and all images for your Portfolio must be uploaded from your PC as a jpg file only. (“urls” or “html” links cannot be use to for images uploads.)  Please size all images to 600 pix before uploading.  All images will be pre-approved by one of our moderators, until then all you will see is a Red (X).  After your images are approved, then you and all the other OTS members will be able to view all your talented images on your portfolio.

4.  Click on Mark As Main to make one image your Main Image, this is the image that everyone see first and as your aviator.

            5.  Please note that if an images disappears after being approved, Mrs. Admin may not approve.  This is not up for negotiation.  For more image upload Click here to see different Membership Levels.

How to Edit my Portfolio?

1.  After you login, click on “MEMBERS”  (located at the top of the front page)
      
2.  Then click on “Portfolio Details”.  This where you update or change information about yourself this include emails address.  Anyone with an invalid Email address will be deleted.  Standard Membership doesn’t allow URL’s / HTML links or Extra Email links inside your Portfolio.   

3.  Standard Membership doesn’t allow “URL’s / HTML links” or “Extra Email links” inside your Portfolio. 

HOW TO CHECK MY MAILBOX?

1.        After you login, click on “MEMBERS”  (located at the top of the front page).

2.   Then click on “Mailbox”.  This is where Member receives all Private Messages and reply back to only other OTS Members. 

      3.    When sending Private messages to other OTS Members, View their portfolio and Click on Contact Member and a Box will open.

                  Please note Standard and Premium Members are limited to how many MESSAGES can be sent out daily.  Click here to see different Membership Levels.



TIPS to networking:

1.        Under “MEMBERS” section, New Members are listed to start your OTS networking in real time giving all New Members a big welcome really help OTS grow so you have more Members to connect with. Comments on Portfolios helps you become notice and linked.

2.        OTS has two different forums one is for all OTS Members and view by everyone and OTS Shop Talk which is for Premium and Lifetime Members only.  The different in the forums are Shop Talk Forum has many more features for P/L members to talk shop and grow in this Industry.  Both forums are a great place to show off your work, up coming events, and work opportunities. When posting on the OTS Forum, keep postings to the Industry that applies to your category or talent.  This forum is open to the World Wide Web to see, so we want to keep comments and posting to a professional level. 

3.        SOUND OFF, on the Front Page, is another way to get yourself and your Portfolio notice.  SOUND OFF is only to be use to make positive comments anything else WILL be removed and you the Member deleted.  So all we ask is think before you type, it is for all to see.
