Born in Philadelphia, PA Rahill Raheem has made it down south to beautiful Houston, TX. Rahill is a seasoned traveler that has picked up a creative eye along the way. Rahill graduated from Texas Cosmetology School and received her license from the state of Texas. She has attended workshops and one on one classes from the best; Romero Jennings Senior Artist of MAC cosmetics and Cheryl Ann Wadlington Creative Director of Evoluer image consultants, just to name a few.
