I've been a TV chef for many years and have appeared in far too many commercials to recall them all. I've lectured and performed on dry land and aboard cruise ships as a The Celebrity Chef, and appeared as the Featured Chef/Actor/Lecturer at festivals and conventions throughout the country. I've appeared in 21 feature films, and dozens of TV shows, several quite recently, Einstein Scribbles, Alternative Endings, THE ESTATE, Crime Pays, THE ALAMO(trailer), MOHAWK, The Staircase, and 2 TV pilots, BELLADONNA, and CHEF CARLO COOKS KIDS, and am a CO-HOST of a fun new Austin Tx. based, TV show, "Matchmaking With The Stars". I have a deep distinctive voice, so voice-overs have been plentiful including the international trailer for a "HOT" new CD game AXIS and ALLIES. I am Italian of course and have a strong personality, which accounts for my neverending roles as a mob boss, gangster, hitman, and an urban vampire.. :).. but I am naturally funny guy (except to my ex-wives). I retired a few years ago to raise my kids. In the last divorce, I got the kids, and she got the assets! Sooo . . . DRUM ROLL . . . I'm back . . and ready for that very special role. Carlo
