Laura Dagon, a lifetime Alaskan is the Founder and Director of Laura Model & Talent Agency. Laura has been a modeling Agent and school director since 1982. Her years of instructing charm and modeling classes have been rewarding in many ways, primarily in leading others to confidence and success.

The Staff at Laura Model & Talent Agency is highly trained in all areas of the modeling industry. Many of them have degrees in teaching and have modeled or acted professionally.

Laura and her parents, Jack and Diane Windsor have been State Directors for the (Actors, Models & Talent Competition - MLAMTC) since 1997. Their goal is to have agents recognize the many talented people here in Alaska.
