By Registering and summitting images, I (contestant) understand that I am registering to become a member of OneTalentSource.com, and I confirm that I have reviewed and agree with the Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions.

I acknowledge that I have read the Official Photo Contest Rules and agree to be bound by them.
I acknowledge that I will be billed on my credit card by OneTalentSource for my entry fee's for the Photo Contest and are totally seperate from any OTS Membership I might also purchase.
I acknowledge that I must register on OneTalentSource as a free Standard member at no-charge.
I acknowledge that by purchasing a Membership for OTS will in no way increase or effect my chances to win any contest on OTS.
I acknowledge and understand that if I purchase an OTS Membership This paid membership has nothing to do with covering any fees to enter any Contest.
I acknowledge that I have to go to the member section on OneTalentSource after registering as a Member to pay any Contest entry fees to enter contest.
I acknowledge that I can't summit No nudity, Bare bottoms or topless photos of children or adults please read OTS G-Rated Policy before posting any images.
These images are not acceptable to upload on OneTalentSource or for any contest you may enter from this site.
If OneTalentSource receive any of these images, they will be rejected without notice and you could forfit any entry fees and or membership that might have been paid for and be remove as a member of OneTalentSource.
I acknowledge and understand that OneTalentSource has the right to Change, remove, cancel or alter any image and / or contest at anytime.
I acknowledge and understand that any image that is summited by the contestant (you) have full rights to ownership of images or photographer release to enter contest.
You also agree all images summited will become the property of OneTalentSource with full rights to alter and promote use in advertizing, internet, magizine, newspaper, tv, cable and etc. as we choose.
OneTalentSource will never sell any image to a third party that a contestant has summited.
I acknowledge and agree that I'm (you the contestant) is atleast 18 or older to enter any contest or will be disquilified and not be intitle to any winnings or titles you the contestant may have won.
I acknowledge and agree that that there must be atleast 5 contestants in my category or no one in my category will be eligible to win and will automaticly be rolled into the next month contest (Please Read Official Rules: Special Terms)
I acknowledge and agree that that there is no refunds for anything that is purchase on OneTalentSource.
